Use the inside of your foot to move the ball quickly and accurately.

• Looking up between touches
30 seconds work
15 seconds rest

Outside touches help players change direction and escape pressure. Practice moving the ball naturally while maintaining balance.
50 touches each foot. Increase speed while maintaining control.
Sole rolls allow players to protect the ball, change direction, and create space. Used by many elite midfielders and attackers.
20 repetitions each foot. Focus on smooth movement.
