View Exercise →⭐ Glute Training Tip
Focus on controlled repetitions
instead of rushing through your
workout.
Consistent training and gradually
increasing the difficulty of your
exercises can help you continue
progressing.
💪 Growth & Strength
Start with a variation that allows
you to perform around
10–15 controlled repetitions.
As an exercise becomes easier,
progress to a harder variation or
increase your repetitions while
maintaining good technique.
A simple progression could be:
Glute Bridge →
Hip Thrust →
Single-Leg Variation
Once you can comfortably perform
around 30 clean repetitions,
consider making the exercise more
challenging rather than endlessly
adding repetitions.
⚠️ Safety First
Exercise on a stable surface with
enough room to move safely.
If using an elevated surface for
step-ups or hip thrusts, make sure
it is sturdy and cannot easily move
or tip.
Begin with an easier variation if
you are still learning the movement.
Prioritize controlled movement
over speed or excessive repetitions.
Stop if you experience sharp,
sudden, or unusual pain.
