View Exercise →⭐ Core Training Tip
Core training is not about moving
as quickly as possible.
Focus on controlled movement and
maintaining good body position
throughout each repetition.
Quality repetitions are more
valuable than rushing through
a large number of repetitions.
💪 Growth & Strength
Start with a variation that allows
you to perform around
10–20 controlled repetitions
or a controlled hold.
As the exercise becomes easier,
increase the challenge by using
a harder variation, increasing
repetitions, or extending your
hold time.
If you can comfortably perform
around 30 clean repetitions,
consider progressing to a harder
variation.
⚠️ Safety First
Perform core exercises on a
comfortable, stable surface.
Keep your movements controlled
instead of using momentum to
complete repetitions.
Start with an easier variation if
you are still learning the movement.
Do not force your range of motion
or continue through sharp or unusual
pain.
Stop the exercise if you cannot
maintain control of your body.
